Night fishing -Axillary seabream

Axillary sea bream (pagellus acarne) - grows to a maximum of 35 cm (1.14 feet) in lenght and reaches 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) in weight, goes deep to 80 meters (262 feet). There is no closed season on this fish, and there is no minimum hunting weight. Inactive during the day, laying in the sand to dusk and night, when become active in search for food.
Axillary sea bream is one of the fish species that I fish intentionally, or to say we are going to fish axillary sea bream. They have tasty meat, and can be prepared in many ways, my favourite are fish soup and barbecue. I love to fish Axillary sea bream, when attacking baited hooks, do so without delay, and almost always school pierced for the lips. Just needs to get to position where we expect it might encounter bigger flock and a wait little bit (of course it is possible that the flock does not come, that we missed position, but I do have another day, come across them a second time). When a flock flies, fun begins. Often they lock onto and three pieces at once, and the catch can be plentiful. Just need a quick lift accessories - without any tactics, the sooner rid fish of hooks and fast as possible return fishing tool into the sea, while the flock is still bellow the ship. When a flock went, we should a wait for bit and another flock would come.
Because as nocturnal fish and comes at dusk, we do not have much time to the evening, to the darkness, when flock as a rule disappears. Higher Axillary sea bream at night otherwise bite, rather say nibbled and always I think something small biting, and always those "small" ones surprised me by its size. Once we find a couple flocks at once, and in a half an hour we fished so much that I begin to hurt my shoulder of the lifting. Literally could see how bucket filling with fish. How do I know that there were several flocks at once rather than one large flock? The flocks are usually examples of roughly the same size, and this time we couch them from the size of amoeba to the size of capital specimens of this species. The principle is the simple, just place the fishing tool to the bottom of the sea, count in yourself for three seconds, quickly dragging and begin to draw. Often Axillary sea bream catches on all hooks that we drop into the sea, bait is not important, he will eat everything, even it happens to bite empty hook.
No matter what Axillary sea bream no minimum size for fishing and is not commercially viable fish, though smaller examples of this kind, rather return back in the sea. It is not hard to free the hook from his mouth, and almost always Axillary sea bream will survive if you return him back into the sea.
Have fun...
